Friday Night Lights Visiting School Information

School Address: 291 Mill St. West Baldwin, FL

Things To Know!!!             

  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK!

  • EVERY FAN IS WANDED!

  • BAGS ARE SEARCHED!

  • NO REENTRY! IF YOU LEAVE, YOU MUST BUY A NEW TICKET TO REENTER!

  • EXIT ONLY AFTER HALFTIME!!!

  • NO LOITERING AROUND THE CONCESSION STANDS! FANS SHOULD BE IN THE STANDS!

Tickets                 

  • All ticket sales are done digitally on the GoFan platform.

  • share with your parents and fans

  • No Tickets will be sold at the gate.

  • All tickets are general admission prices are $10.00 plus the $1 service fee

  • All Fans will be wanded. No back packs, duffle bags, or large bags/purses

  • No outside drinks or food is allowed into the stadium.

  • Ticket sales for football game entry will end after halftime with exit only during 3rd quarter & 4th quarter.

Parking

  • Team Buses only can park in the back of the stadium. Buses will enter through the Palm Street west gate for check in and will be directed to park then unload by JROTC building when instructed by athletic director.

  • All fans can park in any marked space in the front parking lot. You will be directed by our JROTC.

  • Cheerleader buses – Will pull straight through and park between the softball field and swimming pool.

  • Handicap parking is provided through the west gate on Palm Ave.

  • There is VIP parking provided for your Principal and Athletic director through the west gate.

  • All the other car parking is at the front of the school first come first serve.

  • Cars will not be allowed to park on grass areas or the sidewalks.

Locker Room Facilities

  • Opponents are recommended to come dressed upon arrival, carrying helmet & shoulder pads.

  • Locker room facilities are available if needed.

Passes

  • All Non-paying staff like admin, gate workers, chain gang, announcer, FHSAA passholders, etc. will need to sign-in at the pass gate for entry

  • All current FACA and press passes will be honored, but must sign in.

  • All others must sign in if they are on the pass list.

  • Cheerleaders in uniform and coach will be admitted free but a roster must be submitted.

  • Faculty/Staff of the two opposing DCPS schools will be admitted with faculty/staff ID.

  • Media must sign in upon arrival and will be issued a media pass and given a designated area. Visiting team broadcasting members must be approved 48 hours prior to game time and located on the visiting team side.

Sideline Protocol

The following personnel ONLY; are allowed on the field.  This is for safety purposes and will be strictly enforced at all home games.

  • Medical Personnel (Team Physician, Certified Athletic Trainer, JFRD, EMT, Paramedics)

  • School Administration (Principal, Assistant Principal, Athletic Director, Assistant AD)

  • Game Day Management (Chain Gang, Security, Crowd Control, CSC staff)

  • Media (Local News stations, Florida Times Union, 1010XL Jax Sports Radio, DuvalSports.com) There will be a designated area for the media to stand in the endzone closest to the entry gate. (Must be Ad Approved)

  • College Recruiters  (Must be Ad Approved)

Pre-Game Medical Time Out and Warmups

  • All Medical personnel (Team Physician, Certified Athletic Trainer, JFRD, EMT, Paramedics) and AD with one official shall meet prior to the start of the game to establish protocol in the event of an injury or emergency.

  • All visiting teams are to warm up in the West end zone closest to the Scoreboard.  The National Anthem will be played at 5:55pm for the varsity games.

Misc. Information

  • An ambulance will be provided for all games.  Our athletic trainer, Kevin Rapps will be available should your team have a need for first aid.  Our team doctor, Dr. Jeremy Rush from Nemours Children Hospital will also be available for all varsity games. 

  • School Board Police and Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office will provide uniformed police officers for your safety.

  • For Varsity games, please email a copy of your roster by noon on Wednesday of game week.
