Football Conditioning: We must use this time to train (condition) our heart, mind, body, soul, and spirit in preparation for Spring (Summer & Fall) Football.
Meeting Location: All student-athletes participating in Offseason Conditioning will meet in the cafeteria immediately after school. Coach Jordan will pick everyone up to transition.
Date & Time: 1/7/25 — 4/30/25 | We will workout Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 2:45PM to 4:45PM — Unless noted otherwise below:
On Friday, 4/4/25, we will “NOT” train! 🏃🏽♂️💨(KIPP JAX Family Affair Meet)
On Friday, 4/7/25, we will “NOT” train!⚕️
On Friday, 4/18/25, we will “NOT” train! ✡︎{Good Friday}
On Thursday, 4/24/25, we will “NOT” train! ⏎[Tentative | Subject to Change + Equipment Day]
On Friday, 4/25/25, we will “NOT” train! ⏎[Tentative | Subject to Change + Equipment Day]
Student-Athletes: We must keep the football locker room clean, as well as our track & field.
Non-Negotiable: Participating Student-Athletes must have an active (current) Sports Physical {EL2, EL3, and GA04} on-file with Coach Jordan, before participation.
Preparation: “the action or process of making ready or being made ready for use or consideration” | We cannot use you if you are not making yourself available for consideration.

Bold City Football Shirt | Plain T-Shirt (Black, White, Teal, or Grey)
Bold City Football Shorts | Plain Shorts or Sweats {Joggers} (Black, White, Teal, or Grey)
Black, White, Teal, or Grey Socks
Athletic Shoes and Football Cleats (“NO Crocs, Slides, Sandals, or Flip Flops”)
Bold City Greyhounds Football | Coaches, Players, and Team Managers must be present during Spring Conditioning — Workout(s) will end as scheduled for all training days!
